I am going to order the Fuel Pressure Regulator and most likely that will solve my problem. I think the wiring is spot on, at least according to my voltage readings.

Ok..try this too see if is that there's no fuel geting to the engine...( Spray some gasoline threw the throtlebody and see if it starts..that's what I did..that's wen I foin out I had my fuel lines mixed up

LOL, I am laughing at myself, I just did some research on which way the fuel lines go into the fuel rail and they are on backward, I am going to switch those around and give it a try.
