Why are they including zip ties and Velcro? May be a stupid question but I have to ask. It also seems a little fishy to me, but maybe not. __________________

I would never order this product, I just want to see how this "chip" is supposed to be installed.
I'm guessing you plug it into the connector block then velcro the thing to your battery or something. __________________ ~Dave~
