those won't fit the E36 or even a non-M E46, the guy's smart for saying "fitment is responsibility of buyer" or he could be in some trouble if they don't fit

He is setting himself up for trouble if he says they are 5x4.75. They are technicall 5x120 and 5x4.75 translates to 5x120.65. What this means is any poor GM buying will have some snapped off studs after a bit of driving...

I have the 8in on my my 318ti.... They look great.. PITA to clean the break dust off though... The mount up perfect, no rubbing...

you probably have either reps or four front rims, which does fit fine, it's just in the staggered format that they don't fit
