318ti mods?

Thanks for your help guys, I was wonderin what kinda performance mods there are for the 1.9, can you get some pretty good bolt power out these things? Also what kind of HP numbers and 1/4 mile times can you get?

unless you're using forced induction, or completely rebuilding it from the ground up, you're not going to get much power out of your ti, I'd recommend either finding a used DASC or doing an engine swap with an inline-6 E36 to get more power

there arent any big mods to do besides what tifreak said.
s50/2 or m50/2 swap or dasc

but you can have a lot of fun with some suspension mods and things to enhance handling!

Really, so I cant get the usual stuff like a,chip,header,cams none of the good stuff?

Supersprint makes a header, but it is super expensive

Dinan makes a chip, there are others available but I can't think of them offhand

Well from this question and the one earlier on 1/4 mile times Im assuming you come from the american car scene. These cars are tough to mod. Exhaust, intake, some ECU stuff depending on the car but really there isnt much. Even if you do all the mods available this wont be a drag racer. Focus on suspension, thats where the ti will shine.
