Default Quick Question

Does the 1999 318ti SPORT come with an m-technic kit? or do they have to be purchased afterwards?

All '99 models I have seen come stock with the M trim, side airbags, and the beautiful 3-spoke M steering wheel. This, however, is only with the US imports. I am pretty sure that since other countries had a longer run with the hatchback (e36 chasis), the M trim was not standard until it's last year of production.... if it happened outside the States as well.
