Smile Yet another newbie

Hi everyone, just bought a 97 ti and looking forward to reading up on any hints and tips regarding modifying it.

I'm Kris, a photographer from the Isle of Man, a small rock in the middle of the Irish Sea.

Used to have a Mondeo ST24 V6 (Contour) and after borrowing a Ti for a day I thought it was time for a change.

Regards

Kris aka Liberalis

Hi Kris, welcome aboard

what model ti do you have? (base, active, club sport or sport)

The first mods you want to be looking at IMO is a short shift & clutch stop. Makes the ti even more fun to drive

Thanks for the welcome.

Its a Sport auto, but it has not got the front valance and spoilers that I have seen on other sport models.

First mods on the list are the two colour rear lights, rather than the three, after that, smoked side repeaters and clears fronts.

Maybe some new wheels too, do all the BMW 3 series wheels fit onto the compact ?

Anyway, I pick her up in about a week, and can't wait!!!
