Default Do non-ti specific coilovers fit the ti?

The answer is yes!

Rokkor bmw E36 coilovers. 289.00$ shipped
380lb Front
350lb Rear

The install goes just as easy as OE suspension and adjustment is easy. You can run all the pieces in the kit but i recommend using the stock spring pads and no adjusters. I also recommend Mroadster shocks or ti sport shocks as non-ti shocks require longer dampeners in the rear.

Overall experience, great. handling is great, not too harsh, easy install, looks good, oe fitment, what more to ask for.

Specs
Rokkor Racing coilovers
m3 brakes
17x8.5 ET13 BBS rz412 F - 205/40/17
18x9.5 ET42 Breyton imagine R - 245/35/18
No rubbing at all.

interesting, nice that someone's actually willing to spend the money to test that, how do those rear springs fit? looks like the loop on the end is a little bigger than the original springs

You can use the bottom adjuster, with(out), the adjuster. The spring centers in it, top is the same. Im pulling my adjuster completely and installing two new spring pads.

Honesltly, i like it. Since i lowered it, it took a bit to get used to around town, but overall, im very happy with the install and choice of coilovers. I expected them to be decent, but theyre actually beyond my expectation. Definitely not like EBAY special sets for civics, seen and felt those.

Now you tell me.. Just messing(I still think the mz3 setup will be enough for me for now). What made you want to get these verses the mz3, adjustability or ride height? Are these similar to the raceland's, seems like a similar price...? If these go in with no problems, why does every thread say regular e36 parts dont fit/work? Is it just aftermarket coilovers that can be swapped? I understand the weight differences verse spring rates and all, I just dont understand how these go in so easily... With these you can get custom spring rates, and make your perfect setup the way you want it, for 1000$ less than any setup for the ti.... Why has no one found this out by now... Hope they end up above your expectations!

I've ran mz3 for over a year and a half, needed lower and stiffer. Ive proven the whole, does non-ti suspension work on tis YEARS ago and posted on here, the guys here are just too damned hardheaded and blind to read.

Raceland are about 4$ cheaper but 50lbs lighter in spring rate per axle. Everything bolted in just fine, nothing is hack. I like them and feel great.
