Oh boy. First we need to learn some punctuation and spelling.
What ratio diff do you have? I have a 3:46 and I still have some room to go at 115 mph.
The only real choices to raise your rev limiter is Dinan and NickG.
But I'm not sure how much higher you want to bump it to and for what duration.

the e30 m diff is a 4.10 ratio I believe. That's going to cause your car to be high revving no matter what you do. The only option you have is to change gear ratios in your transmission or get a new diff. Personally I plan to swap transmissions to a 6 speed and get a 3.73 or 4.10 diff one day. I don't really have the need or the $ to do this now though.

zionsville sells a swap kit, it's around $4k http://www.zionsvilleautosport.com/s...gory_Code=6SPC

I'd try to do it cheaper, you'll have to find a parts yard with a transmission. www.car-part.com is a start. I've not done the research yet to see what goodies I'll need to do the swap, may need a custom driveshaft and stuff.

Your best bet is getting the correct differential unless you have deep pockets.
