Default Newb to 318ti intro

Hey Everyone,

I am looking to buy a BMW 318ti pretty soon. I am still in high school and will be a senior next year. Im looking for a Black or Blue 318ti and would like to be around $1000-3500. This will be my first car so i don't want it to be expensive but good and fun to have, that is why i chose BMW.

My friend Brendan got his 318ti in high school. He took such good care of his car, it became a real looker. Please be nice to the ti you buy...then stick around a while...we'll walk you through the issues that might pop up.
Welcome to the Org

Here goes this one.

http://denver.craigslist.org/cto/3002530072.html

I looked into this one before I was told of clay's Ti. It needs some work but you might be able to get cheap. It has 200,XXX miles, black cloth interior, automatic, and comes with sport e46 rims. I dropped him down to $2k about a week ago. He might go lower now.

all i can tell from the pics is a hood, maybe. and then replace all the fluids and fix the cooling system, then all the steering bushings. then you can take my exhaust off mine when i get a new one. and then you would have one sweet ride

Hey Alexander!
Naw, I didn't look at the location. That's cool that you decided to join the forum in search of your first ti.
I'll keep an ear to the ground for ya. Who knows...maybe that red ti Dave just posted would be a good candidate. We'll see.

Honestly if you ask me I think the hood might be good. From the pictures it looks like the hood has been spray painted, it is my guess. If it has then the paint might come off with some goo off. If you have cash he might be able to drop down to $1800, maybe. If you want we can check it out. I believe this is a base model, so this will not have the options Michael has on his Ti. (sports bumpers, trim, sport seats, sport suspension, etc.)
