not sure of this is the fastest or easiest,
subframe bushing removal as follows;
get sawsall, 2 metal blades, cut centers out, change blade and cut 1 side of the bushing wall through, be careful not to go to far as not to cut subframe, cut diff bushing wallno 2 sides.
tap out, put new in, 15 minutes.

It's one of those that keeps on growing, and takes a life of its own. Interior work going on as well. Minor engine mods such as midnight tuning chip, possibly the last stromung exhaust, front bumper conversion, bla bla bla

Did you put new boots/grease on the axles? I'm trying to find the best place to get new boots that isn't $50/boot from the dealer.

Pelican is more expensive than the dealer on oe bmw parts. Rockauto has an aftermarket brand inner boot, I'm going to try and see if it fits both inner and outer.

Nice build. I just dropped the rear sub frame on my Club Sport too. Quite a project! Keep up the good work.

FCP Euro, Pelican, BMP. a lot of running around the web. Hence the timeframe. No such thing as 1 stop shopping for this car.
And thanks
