Default wtf am I doing wrong?

had the PSS kit on for a bit now - but only today decided to play with the height...

to my amazement, the is as low as I can get the rear to sit! wtf??

the front is about only half way down (actually had to raise them a bit in order to balance the car out) - BUT this is the very lowest setting on the rear.

very disapointed for some reason - thought for sure I'd be able to slam the car to the floor...

what am I going wrong & how do I get this thing lower in the rear (so I can then drop the front too), without having to cut springs or buy new coils??

another POW
