Default cyl4 misfire. comp spark fuel good, with vid

97 318i. as the title states my cylinder 4 is totally dead, no change at all when i pull the wire. this is after a fresh rebuild. compression is 210 across the board, ill update with a vid soon. it smokes a lot which i attribute to a recently replace ccv, so old oil still burning off, but it puffs at idle as well, and that smoke looks more like coolant. i am praying someone will have something else this could be other than a cracked coolant jacket or something serious like that.
I get cyl 4 misfire code obviousely, a o2 sensor bank 1 sensor 1 confirmed code, and intermittent misfire p0300.

Note: the fuel is 5 years old, i picked this car up from someone who had it sitting that long and i know that cant help, but it doesnt really explain why only cyl 4 would be dead.

I had the same issue with my 98' Ti, it had been sitting for a while as well. It was throwing a code for cam position sensor and was going into limp mode and misfiring like none other. We sea foamed it and fill the tank with 91 oct and haven't had the issue yet.

Might not be as simple as yours but just thought I'd throw it out there.
Also maybe sparkplug but that should be good if its a whole new build
