Default Both Turbo and Supercharger?

AS the title implies, is it possible to construct an engine that is both supercharged, and tourbo charged? I cant seem to find many articles on this type of set up. Infact ive never seen one, and never heard talk of it.

I know the basics how both of these work, but not enough to know if they can both be used at the same time, or if the plumbing could be fabbed up to work on our engine.

I did read about some car manufacturer, i forget the company, in a car and driver issue lately, that has a car with a really small 4cyl, eninge but is both super and tubo charged, it gets good gas mileage is actualy fun to drive. I was wondering if thius could be done to our engine to give some extra power, and spunk to our engine.

Am I crazy, or is this possible?
THANKS,
DAN
