Default Smashed car and need to buy parts (near Boston or Detroit)

My car had a small accident, and I need to buy some sheet metal . I tried Bavarian Auto Recycling in CA, and they have the parts, but the shipping is $500 to Boston. So far, I have had no luck finding the parts in New England.

I need a hood, drivers side fender, bumper cover, and grill filler panel (the metal part that holds the kidney grilles). Ideally, I would get silver parts, but right now, I would just like to get good quality parts that aren't dented or rusty.

Therefore, can anyone suggest a good recycler / salvage yard within a few hundred miles of Boston or Detroit? I live near Boston, but I am from Detroit originally and go back every few months.

Or, if you know of a silver BMW that was smashed in the rear, it might be worth it to buy as a parts car. Thanks.

Just a heads up, your 318ti has front parts in common will all 4 door E36's. There was a slight change to the parts in late 1996, but I don't know of the parts are interchangable. Maybe someone can chime in?

Check these places out. They are Boston local. They all claim to have 4 door/318ti front body parts.

I've got a stock front bumper, and kidney grills to sell.

I also have a non-M front bumper, boxed and ready to ship.

I think I am all set. Got plenty of leads for parts, including silver ones. Thanks to all for your help.
