Default Oil Filter Cap ?

In the past couple of months I've added a DASC on the car and looking to add a boost gauge to make sure everything stays in check, and an oil temp sensor to keep an eye on the heat. I've got the M44 and wondering if this cap would work.

It's on the oil center section for BMW's. If that won't work, where would be the best place to mount the sensor.

Send a pm to "lpcapital", as he just installed a dasc on his m44 z3 and I believe he did the oil temp sensor too...

Also, a new user from the UK posted some pics and specs on this as well sometime in the last week or so...
