Default M42 Dbilas ITBs. Good way to connect MAF?

SO i have the itbs from dbilas installed on my M42 318ti. Cool. But the 2.5" dia silicon connection doesn't make the bend required to connect the MAF.

I can't be the first one with this issue.

I would prefer to use the stock air box. Thus far, nothing has been able to be flexible enough so i need to find something more fitted. Any suggestions?
