Default interiour light strives to be more then it self

I have noticed when driving my interior light acts as some sort of inertia switch that will trigger on hard accelerator .. or a bump, or allot of turning g-force ... hehe its actually creepily accurate ...

Hmm... This sounds like a bad voltage regulator or something. I've never really heard of lights getting brighter if this is what you're referring to. I have however heard of lights dimming due to a bad alternator, weak battery or too much draw from a stereo system. On another note, I once hit a pot hole so hard in my '91 318i(euro e36) that the dome light came on. Unfortunately the tire popped and the rim got bent. I think the hard blow triggered the crash sensor or caused one of the doors to come ajar. Replaced the wheel and tire and never had any problems with the interior lighting. It still boggles me to this day

are you saying the lights will randomly turn on? if that is the case, its probably one of your door switch's or trunk switch is going bad.

or if the lights are on, are they get brighter? if that is the case, its probably a bad voltage regulator. my ford focus did the same thing, it would pump out more power when the RPMS were higher, (instead of keeping it steady) but the headlights / brake lights, dome light, also blinked steady (light -dim - light - dim)

i dunno man. something is not doing its job, and it seems like the alternator =/

Mine did this when one of the rear snubbers at the lower edge of the hatch got turned in by my niece... 3 and bored, keep them away from the car!
