This is a 1995 automatic Active black TI with black trim and purple leather and sunroof. I want to be honest with any of those that are interested and tell the whole story of the car so no one feels like i did when i was ripped off of my first car. The day following purchasing this car in a albertsons parking lot from 2 sketchy guys, the radiator blew. At the time i was a junior in high school learning how to work on cars in auto shop. I came to this site 2-3 years ago for the know how to fix it my Ti. The following are all the things that have broke and i have fixed myself since i got the car. Cracked cylinder head, radiator, coolant hoses, thermostat, water pump, belts, coolant temp sensor, control arms w/ linkage, trailing arms, rear cross member, replaced cracked rims with used bmw rims, and cracked drivers seat frame. Also added HID headlights with Halo Rings This car has taught me so much about cars. I have not driven this car to the point where all this breaks, i'm just very unlucky with my cars. The car is running and driving fine it just need attention i cant give it right now. The reason im selling is because my this car needs some rear suspension work and i need a car to drive to college, i dont have the money to fix it. I wish i could keep it, i really love this car but its at the end of its journey with me. I know I'm going to take a big loss financially with this car, so please be fair. I need a car for college. I am asking 2,750 but defiantly will take offers! Or trades since all I need is to be able to drive to college There are pics on my profile here. Email me if you are interested or want more info Im Located in Temecula, CA. trevorgoosen1@gmail.com Last edited by goosejuice; 11-13-2012 at 09:25 PM. | | | 10-13-2012, 03:12 AM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2010 Location: Wichita Falls, Texas Posts: 1,364 | Good luck with the sale. I would love to see a picture of the purple interior...never seen one before. Might be a selling point. I replaced the wheels and tires, rear control arms, and the rear cross member. Its still not aligning right and i don't have the knowledge or any more money to put in the car to fix it sadly | | | 11-03-2012, 04:28 AM | #7 | Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2008 Location: Los Angeles, CA Posts: 1,464 | James, if you (or anyone else in CA) are interested, I have a complete rear (beam, control arms, axles, etc.) for this car ready to go... all bushings were replaced about 35K miles ago. This is the rear out of my '95 ti that was wrecked last year- body damage only, no suspension or chassis damage. Do you have a printout showing what's not aligning within specs.? Was there any body damage when your bro pitched it into the curb? I'm potentially interested in this but the last thing I need is another project... PM the VIN and build date to me, if you get a chance.
