Removed fuel rail hoses and capped injectors. I feel a difference a little in the throttle and on take off. Will report in a month on how it's doing

haven't been on much in the past week but I fixed my window and took the track car to an autocross, haven't gotten the results back yet but I'm thinking I did pretty good based on comparing times with my friends

Wow. I have never gotten over 26mpg with Greenie. You would think since the automatics are actually a higher gear ratio when in 4th over it would get about the same as a 5 speed. I constantly hear people telling me with their 5 speeds they get around 30.
So you got a chip? Man, driving all the way to Santa Barbara I would have had a whole bag of chips....

I wonder if a chip would help out with mileage on my automatic. I always heard it makes the car run a little richer, so I don't think so.
Yours probably works because of your other mods. EH?

Ordered a high speed fan relay from my local dealership in an effort to get my radiator fan to run without the A/C being in use. I won't be able to install the relay until next week, but I plan to post up the results.

got the new motor and transmission mounts in, motor mounts were a complete PITA but the transmission mounts were simple. Made a huge difference in the dynamics of the car but theres still a little thump or something with hard acceleration, any ideas?

My thump was a bad U joint in the driveshaft.

That was after suspecting the center load bearing.
