Default Rear camber and toe adjstment plates, thoughts?

So I installed h&r race springs a while ago and I think it is time to try and correct some of toe and camber alignment issues. Has anyone installed the camber and toe adjustment plates yet? I have read up a lot about them but haven't talked to anyone that has installed them on a Ti. I want to try and get some opinions before I drop a few hundred for parts and labor to get these welded on to my sub-frame.

Buy this kit and install it:

might need to have them welded in. I might also be buying them also .
