Coil Packs

Morning people!

I've got an M50B25 engine, and i'm wanting some nice new coilpacks for it. Spitfire springs to mind - but i can't find anything made by them for this particular engine. If anyone can reccommend a few good manufacturers (other than bosch) i'll be grateful for the links!


I won't be buying any for two weeks; so feel free to respond slowly

If nothing interesting springs to mind, i'll just buy 6 new ones from BMW.

BAV. auto has a set for ~$500.00 that seem decent.

I would not spend more than that on aftermarket coils personally...

Try looking for a used set if you can find them.

By the way, the stock ones are not bad, and often replacing the 'wires' (boots) can gain as much as a coil replacement if yours happen to be bad...
