It has a clean car-fax history that I can send to anyone that is interested. The car has a COMPLETE M3 swap from a 95 M3. Everything from the motor, trans, wire harness, complete front suspension, brakes, sub frame, wheels, gauge cluster (that is fully functional), front bumper, mirrors and so on where all swapped into the 318ti. All the parts where off the same car that currently has only 51,000 miles on it. The cluster from the M3 is in the 318ti that shows the actual mileage. The shell or body has about 131,000 miles on it, but dont let that fool you at all. I had the entire car painted about a year ago its stock color which is a rare Alaska blue and it looks amazing pictures dont do justice, you must see it in person to appreciate it. The car pulls so hard, harder than any N/A m3 I have ever been in or drove. Suspension feels great and the car just feels awesome when driven. There are no leaks what so ever the car starts of every time and runs extremely smooth. Some of the mods include the following... Exterior M3 Front bumper M3 Mirrors M-Tech Rear Bumper M3 Sideskirts M3 Moldings ///M Badges all around M-Tech rear wing Hamman Black Grill Motor 1995 3.0L M3 Motor + Transmission w/ 51k miles (1995 OBD1 Motor ---> 1995 OBD1 318ti = painless and FUN) Turner Motorsports Custom Chip Active Autoworks 3.5" Euro Spec HFM + Intake Big Bore Throttle Body Interior Sparco Torino Seats up front (grey/black match the interior nice) with sliders and rails, fully adjustable and in mint shape. Custom Dove Grey Rear Seat M3 Guage Cluster (Came with Motor w/ matching VIN) M3 Grey Floormats M3 Grey Door sills Suspension M3 Front suspension (Brakes, Rotors, Bars, etc ... FULL) M Coupe Rear suspension + LSD (Important for this swap) Bilstein/Eichbach Spring/Shocks 1.5" Drop all around M Contour Wheels with Kumho Rubber Recent maintanace New oem water pump New oem radiator New oem thermostat New oem front pads and rotors New oem rear pads and rotors New oem belts New oem spark plugs All fluids flushed and changed about 3 months ago There is a couple other things that I might have left out I know the mod list is real long, so I did not want to list the small things for example, Sony cd player and rest of the audio stuff. I am looking to get $13,000for the car the way it sits with allllll the extra parts I have for it. I believe this is priced real fair for such a rare car with such a super low mileage drive train. I will host some pics below and can take more pics if needed. If interested please contact me through email Sman1e3738@aol.com or feel free to call me on my cell 201-618-0909 For more pics please click the following link or copy and paste it http://www.picturetrail.com/gallery/...57&uid=1476945 Thanks again Sam | | | 09-22-2005, 04:48 AM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Saint Paul, MN Posts: 3,244 | Holy shnikees that's sexy! Where is the car located? __________________ My Former Rides 1999 318ti Alpine White, Cali Roof, Dinan goodies 1996 318ti Hellrot California Edition | | | 09-22-2005, 06:03 AM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2004 Location: state college, pa Posts: 3,431 | 201 is northern jersey. __________________ I scream, you scream, we all scream for ZOMBIES. | | | 09-22-2005, 01:30 PM | #4 | Junior Member Join Date: Sep 2005 Posts: 7 | Hey thanks guys, yea the car looks real nice, trust me when I tell you a lot of money went into this car, and its so much fun to drive, gonna make someone real happy. I will snap some pics up later today and post them for everyone to see. Its got M3 headers and down pipes and from the cat back I used a 325 exhaust that I did some modifications to, sounds real nice. Oh and yes I am located in Northern Jersey (Bergen County) so if anyone wants to see the car this week or weekend let me know I'll be around. Canada Posts: 465 | Bump for a really great Ti! I still kick myself when I see what prices that ti's (or any Bmw for that matter) sell for in the U.S. I know a guy who is selling a similarly equipped ti here for $31,0000 CAD ( $26,500 USD). Mind you, that price is high, but you can still make around 8 to 10 K CAD on the right car brought up from the States. If the Canadian dollar gets any stronger, I think I may have to change professions Anyways, good luck on the sale. __________________ | | | 09-23-2005, 06:45 PM | #11 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2005 Location: England Posts: 177 | That is one Seriously cool compact. I'm looking to get a hatchback with the M3 engine swap, and yours looks very clean. You say the mod list is real long - I'd appreciate if you went ahead and posted anything else you can think of. What audio stuff? Does the headunit play MP3 CDs? Does the car have any check engine lights? Besides that, what problems does the car have as it sits now? (i.e. Does everything work correctly like clutch, AC, radio, sunroof, wipers, lights & signals, horn) What problems have you had since installing the M3 engine (no matter how small)? What foreseeable maintenance or tune-up issues will I face if I was to purchase this car? What size tires/wheels (I'm guessing 16" wheels) are they, and how much tread is left on the Kuhmo tires? How loud or moderate sounding is the exhaust? I'm looking for sleeper, so nothing ridiculously loud I hope. Has the alternator or battery been replaced recently? Any wrecks, accidents or bumps? Is the title clear? Or salvage/rebuilt. Does the car leak any oil or other fluids? Is the vehicle insured as a 318ti? Or otherwise because of the engine swap? Sorry for so many questions, but I'd need these answered before I come to pick up the car. If you could e-mail me the CarFax History to randommcfly@hotmail.com - I'd appreciate it. Finally - if you could get a few pics of the cargo area and sunroof, that'd be great. Thanks! - Mitchell | | | 09-26-2005, 01:25 AM | #13 | Junior Member Join Date: Sep 2005 Posts: 7 | Hey Mitchell, I sent you a pm regarding your post.
