No one is interested? I can't figure you guys out. People keep asking to borrow the tool, but no one wants to put some money ahead of their mouth.

I can sell you a paperclip that will do the same thing for .50$. If you don't want to use a paperclip you could go to homedepot and make a reset tool using two pieces of wire and a two pole switch.

If you are going to buy a peake tool I'd buy the one that can also read the OBD codes.

Probably waiting for near the end of the auction. It's true what mohaughn said about the other tool that can read codes. More useful than just resetting.

Yes. Just to have a tool to reset oil and inspection is a waste of money. Obviously people buy them otherwise Peake wouldn't see it.

Default paper clip

Thanks for posting the paper clip web page.

I'll give it a try.

I tried the paper clip method yesterday and it worked. I got all my green bars again. When you connect pin 19 and 7 for 5 sec, you should be able to hear a low pitch sound disconnect the paper clip and then check your bars. Follow the simple instruction from the link of the previous post and you'll do fine.
