Check the ground point in the rear. | | | 02-14-2012, 02:17 AM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: asdfasdf Posts: 10,002 | make sure you have all the correct bulbs, a parts store should be able to tell you what you should have | | | 02-14-2012, 02:38 AM | #5 | Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2010 Location: Roanoke, VA Posts: 472 | Did this just start happening or gradual? Did you do anything first like new bulbs, wireing work, tail light swap? This will help narrow down the problem. | | | 02-18-2012, 07:02 PM | #6 | Member Join Date: Feb 2012 Location: Haines City Posts: 36 | I stripped the interior down, currently in work to find out. -___- | | | 02-18-2012, 07:53 PM | #7 | NOBODY F's with the Jesus Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: Ventura California Posts: 7,824 | Do the brake lights use dual filament bulbs? sounds like someone installed standard bulbs. | | | 02-19-2012, 08:32 AM | #8 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2005 Location: Portland Or Posts: 2,666 | I've had a dual filament burn out twice and the bub internally shorted....New bulb fixed the problem.
