Has anyone had any experiences with this set up? Bilstien BTS suspension package...and do ground controls adjust the ride height? | | | 04-16-2009, 04:32 PM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Saint Paul, MN Posts: 3,244 | IIRC the bavauto kit only adjusts in front, not backs. Check DDM I think they moved forward and are shipping the ti coilovers. __________________ My Former Rides 1999 318ti Alpine White, Cali Roof, Dinan goodies 1996 318ti Hellrot California Edition | | | 04-16-2009, 05:17 PM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2005 Location: Florida Posts: 2,525 | If you buy coilovers that are only front height adjustable you can get a rear adjuster from a few different companies if you have to have rear adjustability. | | | 04-17-2009, 02:57 AM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2006 Location: North Bay, Northern California Posts: 251 | What about the performance of these units? I'd rather shell out some a little more money now then more later if these aren't that great... | | | 04-17-2009, 03:38 AM | #5 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2007 Location: Fl Posts: 1,353 | The BTS kit is not a coil over kit. I would stick with the tried and true companies for coil overs. Best way to do this... head out to your local autoX and ask some of the faster guys what suspension they run. I run Ground Control on the wagon and will probably do the same on Project 330ti. I hear and see great things out of TC Klein's stuff too. The PSS and PSS9 kits are very much a street system. The springs are progressive rate, but they are both great compromise kits. __________________ SUPPORT 318ti.org! CLICK THE LINK ABOVE! I have the BTS kit on Project 330ti... I sell the BTS kit as well. It is a good kit, more stiff than stock sport suspension but it is still very soft. It does not lower that much. __________________ SUPPORT 318ti.org! CLICK THE LINK ABOVE!
