no im not pierced already.
i was completely sober
and i very much so have nerve endings lol

but to be honest the first hook hurt, quite a bit, but the second i did not even feel.

as soon as the first hook went in my whole body went completely numb and i was pumping with endorphins.

and also my balls arent that big. just the average sized lol
