Default :'( deception - get me back on track!

Hey all... I thought I had a great find... but the guy who sold it to me lied... said the little dent above the driver side rear wheel was from a small incident... but the truth of the matter is that it had to be a direct shot to the wheel on the driver side... my guess is that it was hit and pushed up against a curb with some pretty good force because my right rear trailing arm has got to be bent, it is eating up the inside of my passenger rear tire quickly, I do have pretty good camber going on but that would not do what is has done to the inside of that tire... wore the inside edge up into the side wall... ... love honest people.... but he's not... so wtf am I to do... yea... he said he had to many cars and needed to get rid of some... karma is a bitch - if anyone has any pointers... please let me know... I'm very frustrated and this will be costly I imagine if I want to eve fix it... grrrrrrrr

Get the car up on a lift and take a good look at the rear suspension. You won't know what you have to fix until you do this, and maybe the damage is not as bad as you think. Good luck.

Thanks jca - I appreciate the encouragement! Do you know if their is a camber kit that will also allow you to adjust toe in/out? I was thinking that may be the best route to go... but I am not sure.

I'm pretty sure that E-36 rear suspensions have a little negative camber built in. I know that there is nothing back there to adjust. The only front end adjustment is toe. Unless you are going to track the car I would not go to the trouble to install a camber kit. When you get your car sorted out, you'll find that ti's are a blast to drive bone stock, in my opinion, anyway. John
