Where can I get rotors turned TX?

My friend has cross-drilled/slotted rotors, used once at the track. They ate up the pads pretty good, but he believes there's life left in the rotors. He wants to have them turned and put new pads on them for street use. Where in the Temple/Killeen area can he get this done?

Did read thread on rust removal and understand this may not be advised or available or fiscally responsible. Thoughts?
