Both your ebay links are dead. Please repost.

the RRFPR is for 38# or 42# injectors.

I need the following information from you.

1. What are your boost goals? How much boost psi? How much HP?
2. I assume you have a M42 motor? How many miles?
3. What type of flywheel/Clutch are you going to run?
4. What type of transmission are you going to run? Manual Getrag or ZF?

This is a big question and honesty will get a completed good running car or a dead project. How are your machanical skills? Do you know what your doing most of the time? Rate your machanical skills on a scale of 1-10. 1 being the lowest and 10 being I can fix almost anything on my car

Thanks, John Smith

Two issues:

1. waste gate in your kit is 38mm and needs to be a 44mm to fit the OBX.

2. The rising rate fuel presure regulator is not mated for your stock injectors it is rated for 38#~42# injectors. Your stock injectors are 19# and they will handle up to 8.5+ psi of boost with the right RRFPR. Maybe your friend can help you with this since i never use a RRFPR, I always use programming to get myy extra fuel.

You will need a turbo scavenger pump to get the oil leaving the turbo back to the oil pan since it is lower then the oil in the pan. This is a known fact with OBX manifolds you have to use a scavenger pump or oil will back-up in the turbo and out the exhaust it goes...

These are right off the top of my head I might find more. The turbo is about right for the psi your looking for and could go much higher if needed, it should spool low (2,300rpm) due to the small compressor wheel. The intercooler is a tiny small on higth but that really won't hurt under 15psi.

Hold up stop

Do not buy that kit. The turbo is a DSMIV or V. It has the wrong flange to fit a OBX manifold. That is a Mitsubushi only turbo. look at the gasket and you can see its a 5 bolt exhaust which will not fit. Also the waste gate is not a v-band design so it is not OBX compatable. This kit will not work with an OBX manifold in any way plus it is a little on the expensive side for what your getting.

Try Fastway Racer and tell him xxxJohnnAmyxxx send you and he will have a good idea what you need. Tell him you want T-3 turbo with a .50 trim on the compressor A/R and a .63 exhaust A/R with 4 bolt exhaust, Waste gate 44mm v-band design. If you want I can talk to him to get it straight. He is Jap and does not speak good English but is a real good Ebayer and cuts good deals

Forward the kit you posted and tell what you want changed then tell him to beat the price and give you free shipping

I only have a class "C" which means work related so I can only enjoy it driving to work, doctor appointments, school (I'm 42) and church which I don't attend unless one of my sons is getting water poured on them or something else that they do there....

I predict even with all the help John has to offer, this project does not succeed.

I used a 10 pound bottle of Nitrous in my boat on Saturday in the gulf. Uncle Joby almost flipped it once and I had two close calls, one little stuff and one major blowout that almost threw us out when it hooked, we had stupid fun and ended up meeting the wife and kids at Gators, stayed until sunset then I swapped for the kids and blazed them home before the sun went down...Beat the wife and Uncle J to the driveway by 10 minutes.

My back is still killing me

Yes we wear full gear. Not the cheap stuff. 100mph impact gear when we get all stupid. We also had a chase boat to pull us out .
