Cool Magnaflow-SS good on a TI?

My friend gave me a new Magnaflow SS muffler (2.25''inlet) do you guys think it will sound good or bad? and will it fit with the stock pipping?

Depends. There are different types of mufflers.
Some have packing material and some don't.

I had this same exhaust on mine (see the 'for sale' section). It is a great, long lasting, totally free-flow exhaust (if you've ever seen a cutaway of these mufflers, they're essentially like having another resonator- straight, unobstructed flow through the muffler), but I found it a bit loud for my taste, especially at freeway speed.

I believe that the stock exh. diameter on these cars is 2.25"
