If you did a DIY you can find instructions on the web on how to install the KMAC eccentric camber bolts.. It is a pretty straight forward install. Remove the standard bolts/bushings, install the new ones on the trailing arm. | | | 06-12-2007, 07:18 PM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2006 Location: Regensburg, Germany Posts: 584 | | | | 06-12-2007, 09:52 PM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2004 Location: Manassas, VA Posts: 4,129 | I installed the BavAuto rear camber kit myself, same as yours I think. I've read that people are having problems with those staying together, or keeping them from slipping out of place. also those are about as expensive as the full rear adjustable arms. just my 2 cents...plus i'm interested to see how these are used. | | | 07-06-2007, 05:44 AM | #8 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2004 Location: Manassas, VA Posts: 4,129 | Which fully adjustable arms are you talking about? Unfortunately for us Ti guys, the only way for us to adjust the rear camber is by using adjustable bushings. I agree that they're waaaay too expensive but if you don't want negative camber then it's our only option. e36 coupes, sedans and verts use adjustable control arms, which aren't cheap either, but atleast you don't feel like you're getting raped by spending 200 bucks for a couple pieces of plastic. __________________ 4 MORE YEARS BABY!!! | | | 07-06-2007, 05:48 AM | #10 | NOBODY F's with the Jesus Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: Ventura California Posts: 7,824 | Quote: Originally Posted by L84THSKY Which fully adjustable arms are you talking about? | he drives a coupe - multilink rear suspension. __________________ 4 MORE YEARS BABY!!! | | | 07-07-2007, 08:27 PM | #11 | Member Join Date: Apr 2007 Location: Nebraska Posts: 39 | oh wow i thought the rear suspension was the same...my bad. I guess that's what i get for thinking eh? Ya those pieces are crazy expensive for the adjustable bushings. Those arms for my car are expensive as well...it's just 3 pieces of metal with adjuster nuts on each end of the middle piece for 150 an arm. I still don't see how they can charge 200 dollars for an adjustable bushing for you guys tho. | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
