Default Springs...Eibach Pro? Sparco? What the hell should I do?

Group,

I just took off the Sparco springs that were on the car when I bought them. They made the car extremely low and the ride was uncomfortable.

I reverted to stock springs/struts, but something must have gone wrong with the replacement (used) springs/struts because now I own a 318iX Not a typo, please observe: http://www.inlacal.com/318ti

How much lower will the Eibach Pro Springs make the car?

Will they have a better street ride than the Sparco's?

If the Sparco's and Eibachs lower the car the same distance and one isn't more comfortable than the other, can anyone tell me who makes some inserts (spacers) to lift the car an inch or so?
