Ask if he can lower the price for you by swapping out those rims for the stock ones... unless you like those rims lol... I'm not too sure about 318is pricing, but it seems to be the average price. check the convertible top for any signs of wear I guess... Check the rear window too, could be all fogged up and stuff.
