Default Rear trunk shelf

I found a rear trunk shelf in great condition. But of course it is faded black.
Would anyone be interested in it? It still has the strings on the side and the clips.
I'd have to see how much it is and it's shipping for it though.
Wanted to see if there was an interest for this first.

Hey Marv; I'm in need of a black if faded trunk shelf. Let me know, I'll come pick it up.

Just so you don't go overboard for the item.

Try this...

Before: (Sandgrau)

After: (Black)

I just did one for John (E36 TI-M). Went from purple to black. Use 1 can per side for even color. Be sure to brush off the rear cover clean before fabric painting. I used wide masking tape to get off all the fluff and dog hair from John's cover.

Cheers!

Wonder if this will work vice versa? I found a perfect faded black one but my interior is sandgrau grey.

Haha damn. That came out good. Gonna have to do it to mine soon.

Might be harder to go lighter. Maybe there is a white primer you can use first?

I've used this stuff on vinyl and fabric. Turned a black armrest Maroon to match my Bronco's interior. Dosent rub off when dry and cured. I did a gray at one point, might be darker than Sandgrau tho...

Yeah! I've used a similar product, a fabric spray called Simple Spray i think it was, to redo a faded black trunk shelf before, stuff works good. I have torn the fabric on my shelf, so a good condition one that is faded is a better deal.

That's the breaks sometimes. Oh, as long as you are looking, if you find a secondary air pump (pn 11-72-1-744-490) from any E36 OBD-II vehicle, I need one in good working condition. Within a reasonable price range as always.

thanks
