Question BMW Alpina. Thoughts?

I have seen a lot of pictures and DIY pages about updgrading to a B3 3.0 Alpina type of BMW. Of course I'm thinking about an engine swap, but my question has to do with emblems & badges. Would it be a good idea to include the Alpina emblems & badges eventhough the ti would not be included in that category? I found a nice deal on some emblems & badges on eBay.

Just wondering...

If you are going to put an alpina engine in the car you should put the badges on too unless you want a sleeper.

The badges I can get include ones replacing the BMW round logo (front & rear), Center caps on the rims (x4), ALPINA chrome badge, steering wheel emblem, & wheel stem valve covers (x4). Is that a little overkill? I love the Alpina emblem. It's pretty sweet.

Yeah thats a little too much for me but if you like Alpina that much then go for it. Id go for the roundels, the stem caps, and mabye the alpina badge.

IMO unless you do everything to the car that Alpina did then the badges have no place on the car.

I agree. I wanna do this right, that way it looks like they belong on the car. Reminds me of another post:
