I was looking into adding a rear for light to my Ti, I currently have the doubled up brake light mod and noticed under the brake light you can add another bulb if you drill it in. Has anyone done it before? Here is a pic on a EK hatch (Lol kinda like a Ti) a pic of the edm on but on a different car I don't wanna drill into my bumper and add the EDM light. How should I approach this? I was thinking of making a hole into my Euro Clears housing an adding a bulb and socket. Please Help. Don't crap on here saying JDM blah blah blah, if you don't have positive input.. hit the back button on your browser. Thank you. | | | 10-17-2011, 12:07 PM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2011 Location: West Palm Beach,Florida Posts: 261 | I was thinking of doing this to keep me posted on what you find out __________________ I<3MY TI | | | 10-17-2011, 12:54 PM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2009 Location: Orange County, CA Posts: 2,019 | Doing them on my euro clears, might have to do a 12v on a switch to have it an oem look n feel . Maybe one of our European members can verify that? On a car that has the rear fog from the factory it's probably activated by the existing fog light switch. Can someone verify that as well? Update: a quick check of realoem.com indicates different part numbers for both the switch and the lights themselves. Maybe it's not a simple as replacing the switch and adding a bulb. Any Euro members have a good picture of the socket board of a tail light? My fogs are both wired up, but I also added an extra toy, lol http://youtu.be/8f_eBoSi5CU Last edited by Liberalis; 11-07-2011 at 12:01 AM. | | | 11-07-2011, 03:54 AM | #12 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2009 Location: Orange County, CA Posts: 2,019 | HAHAH OMFG THAT's BAD ASS!!! lol __________________ V2 in progress.
