Default Codes 1550, 1509, 1140

Ive been having idle problems for almost a year now, I changed my ICV today and it didnt seem to help. Idle is bouncing from 900-1250. These three codes popped when I had the mechanic check, any ideas?

p1550
p1509
p1140

Thanks for the help in advance

Also if someone could post a pic of where the MAF is located, I found out that 1140 has something to do with the MAF so im going to attempt to clean it.

The maf is the sensor mounted on the air filter housing.

P1140 Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Range/Performance Problem
P1509 Idle Speed Control Valve Opening Solenoid Control Circuit Electrial
P1550 Idle Speed Control valve Closing Solenoid Control Circuit Electrical

Sounds like a wiring problem for the ISC valve.
The 1140 could be a vacuum leak. Check the intake boot and all the vacuum lines on the intake.

How do I check if the wiring is faulty?

I had the p1140 code that i fixed this years also. mine was caused by a vacuum leak between the upper and lower intake manifold, had to take it a part and rtv the gaskets to seal it up. code went right away when i was done.
