Default Pucker Factor

Ok, so the other night I'm at the gym like any other night and there is this one guy that looks too small to be lifting 100lb dumbells. I see him struggling just picking them up from the rack. I chuckled a little but I go back to minding my business.

I put my headphones back in and sit so I can start my next set. I feel a large thud and I have my music loud but I can still hear ambient noise. I look around and everyone is frozen in place looking at each other. I thought that the skinny guy with the 100lb weights just dropped them on his chest but that wasnt the case. Another second goes by and I feel gravel spraying all over the side of the tent. We were under attack. I dont know how I got around all the lifting equipment on my way to the bunker. As soon as I make my way out the door I see smoke and I smell gun powder. I literally stepped right over live ordnance. We managed to get everyone out the gym.

These Afghan cowards launched 107mm rockets at us. One impacting about 2 blocks down the road in an empty lot and the other one bing a dud impactin 10 feet from me. It went through a wooden building with a tin roof and through a Dirt wall about 5 feet thick before coming to rest 15 feet underground. Still in the ground and probably will remain there since that is the safest thing to do. here are some pics of some of the damage. not much but you can kinda see, 75 days to go... I'm almost home. F*** Afghanistan!!!

wood building inner walls. it went right through. no one was in the building.

in this one you can see the sky. it went though the roof, 2 inner walls, floor, and 20 feet of dirt without detonating.

Cliffs: night at the gym turns ugly when rockets get too close, that is all.

yeah there were like 15 people in the kill radius (50 meters). Definitely "dodged a bullet" on that one.
