Be sure and check the paypal (If thats what your using) history.
It shows the submission of the transaction, It can take days to actually show on the card.

Same thing happened to me this week with Cingular, I was paying th ebill online and the page died. Waited a day and the account showed no payment, paid it again and then BOTH payments moved ARRRRRRRG

Take it from a guy who has worked in IT for 22 years,
NEVER EVER talk bad to support until after your problem is solved, and
then think twice talk once.

For examples google BOFH (Bastard Operator From Hell)
Some of them are from friends of mine from the ARPA net days....

Give it time, 99% of internet transactions work fine...

Update for sellers--old SYI form to be retired early May 2007

Dear panzermotorsports,

We're writing with an update on the new Sell Your Item (SYI) form -- the form you see when you click on the "Sell" tab at the top of the eBay home page or when you use "relist "or "sell similar" to list an item.

We began presenting the new form to sellers during the listing process about six months ago. By the end of February, all sellers will have seen the new SYI form at least once when listing an item. If you are now listing all your items with the new form, nothing will change for you.

As of early May 2007 the older version will no longer be available. If you're still using the older version -- or you tried the new form a while ago, but opted to go back to using the old form -- we encourage you to move to the new form now. Just click on the "Start selling with the new version of the Sell Your Item form" link at the beginning of the selling process.

The new version makes it faster and easier to list your items. It also has great new features such as more fonts and colors, built-in Help, and reusable templates. For more information, please read our Helpful Links about the new SYI form at http://pages.ebay.com/sell/syi/.

Sincerely,

eBay Product Management Team

The new setup sucks. It's overly complicated compared to the old system.
or more it's dumbed down compared to the old style which is why I don't like it....

I find that acting calm in any issue in your life will have a greater outcome, rather then acting like a tween.

I've been using the new form for over a year. . .it seems pretty straightforward to me. I wouldn't call it "dumbed down" but it does place things in a manner that's easier to look and checkoff or fill out what you wanted. With the old form, on the rare occasions that I had to change the item locations or go from not offering international shipping to giving a few options, it always took more time than I expected to remember/find where to change those options and get it to work out the way I wanted. Also, the new form made relisting stuff a little faster for me. I know some true powersellers out there use automated tools to do a lot of their stuff. . .
