Default Supersprint Header

Is anyone running the supersprint header system on their Ti?
How wide are the pipes? And what sort of performance gain did you see?
For 900 dollars, I'm hoping they'll pump out a good 30-40 horses. HA!
Does anyone know of any other quality header that would be cheaper?

Also, I read that the 318 exhaust header is one of the most efficient designs in the industry; is there really a need to swap it?

Last question, while I'm typing: anyone know of any throttle bodies to upgrade to? I've looked, and the only thing I can find is a service to bore the throttle body, which I'm a little leery of.

PS - I'm upgrading to a 2.25 inch cat and Stromung exhaust soon. Can I use a 2.5" cat? What're the dimensions on the stromung?

I could be blind, but understeer didn't provide any measurements, and I couldn't find anything else.

Much appreciated.
