Default FS: 1998 318ti Ascot Green - Low Miles

It's a sad, sad day but family obligations are leading me to put up my beautiful 318ti. Good lord I love this car and it has a great story. I bought this car site unseen from Alabama and had it shipped all the way to AZ. Anyway it's one of the sharpest TI's that I have seen in the PHX metro area. See the full listing here and feel free to ask questions, make comments, etc.

http://phoenix.craigslist.org/car/618723232.html

Thanks,
Justin

looks quite minty, but i'm not seeing that it has the sport package (no m-tech bumpers, trim, no sport seats). you can have mallard run the VIN to find out all the options it had from the factory when shipped on this thread (if you haven't already): http://www.318ti.org/forum/showthread.php?t=18444

just post up the last 7 digits of your VIN.

best of luck on the sale, it looks like a really nice example!

Thanks for the heads up. I always wondered about that as I remember reading somewhere that the ti's either had the active or the sport packages but not both. For some reason I thought that ASC was in the sport package. I will get the info changed ASAP. - Justin

Nice looking car, interior looks new!

One thing I'll say though:

Quote:
It currently will go off by default in case of a collision so still safe to drive with a passenger.
If your SRS light is on, your entire airbag system goes in to default and will NOT deploy in an accident. Make sure to get it fixed or let whoever buys that know for their safety..

Also, what exhaust is that?

Hey Ken,

The exhaust is actually just a tip. Looks sharp though huh? As to the SRS light that is not on but rather it is the light of the little guy in the seat that is on the far right of the dash indicator lights. My mechanic had informed me that is the passenger seat mat sensor and that the airbag will deploy by default in a collision. Does this sound right. Thanks - Justin
