mailing list

i recently added myself to the mailing list and have been sent heaps of emails since. what insactly is the mailing list all about? does it have anything to do with this message forum or not?

if i reply to a message i get in a mailing list does it go to everyone on the list or just the email address i reply to? how do i get my email to be sent to everyone on the mailing list???

would appreciate any help

I know this is late, but if you are talking about the yahoo 318ti list you can choose to receive a digest which is one big message per day or you can opt to view the messages off the web only.

http://www.318ti.net will redirect to you to the yahoo mailing list.
