Default Front Strut Bar vs Front Sway Bar

I'm running H&R springs and Bilstein shocks (both sport) and would like to beef up the suspension a little more. I already have the x-brace installed as well.

Would I feel any signficant gains with the front strut bar or would a front sway bar make a more noticeable improvement?

thanks,
