ok, well i've been meaning to write a more thorough article in knowledge base, but for now......
get a 13/16th Craftsman spark-plug socket.
remove the inner foam/rubber piece and trim to size.
i then press in my 11mm socket which holds the actual piston.
ta da!
so now you have 13/16th or 22mm with an internal 11mm socket to remove the upper spring perch using a 1/4" drive with a 4" extension and a 19mm wrench.
my new Koni's came with a smaller diameter nut, so i just got new 22mm nuts rather than **** with another wrenching system. just make sure you get the right thread pitch etc. and when you're removing the nuts, remember the ratchet is going to be set to tighten as it has to move in the opposite direction of the Craftsman socket.
good luck!
