Default Cracked rear cross member

I have a crack in the center of the rear cross member near the differential mounting bracket. Is anyone aware of a repair kit that can be welded on to reinforce the cross member? Or has experience repairing a cracked cross member?

Thanks,

I am taking the car to Izzy's custom cages for the repair.
Thanks to those who looked at the post.

Any pics? I know the MZ3s and M-Coupes had problems in the rear, but they have much more power than our ti's do Think this is the first I've heard of issues in the ti. I do remember someone on this forum who was building up a track ti that cut out and welded in a completely new rear cross member and diff mount that was way more stout than stock.

looks rusty and like it's been patched before? Shouldn't be too bad if they can reach in there to cut it out, clean it up and weld it up again.

Once it gets that rusty, I'd be shopping for a replacement. Especially if it's been repaired once already....
