I received my speakers last week. Still waiting on the adapters to arrive from UK. Gonna find out what the hold up is.

When you install will your speaker aim toward the center of the car (like the original from the looks of it) or will it aim straight up, etc?

Nice contribution BTW. BMW offered MBQuart 4T speakers as a stock part, saw them once on ebay, they were gone within 30 minutes.

just rip the wires out, cut some holes in your decklid, slap some 6x9's on the in there with a nice speaker grill for the top, put the wires together, and voila you have 6x9's that look sweet!

that was my simple remedy for the lacking thump from the 4"

L84thesky,
Nice speakers. I have a set of Diamond Audo speakers in the back of my ti, too. But they are 4". These came in my car when I bought it. I had not heard of them before either. The PO was a real audiophile, though. And thought they were great speakers. They sound really good for 4", but a bigger speaker would be awesome. Let me know how it goes.

L8 you made a good choice on the Diamond speakers. There are a few other German brands that is good like Rainbow. The members that switched to 5.25 give us some feedbacks.
