Hey Mallard,

You just wanna know everything, don't you

I just bought a unit with readinglights for the front side.
Made some extra wiring and a big hole in the black roof:

The black pins are in back-order...

Do you know if enyone got electric windows at the back??

i already have a light in the rear, but unfortunately it can only turn on when u turn on the front middle light.

and I don't believe any compacts came with electrics for the vents, but i could be wrong, id love them to be electric... like my old ford windstar lol

PS. Amazing compact bro, sharp as heck!

It is never sold on a compact, but on the Coupe.
I think it is possible to fit it in a compact, but the retrofit sets are 250 Euro at the dealer and above 200 Euro on Ebay...

Everyone has the light above the rearseat, but I installed a readinglight unit from the front

This is the retrofit for a coupe, i think its possible to built it in a compact, with some modifications:

Retrofit E36 Coupe

Its pretty expencive, maybe its better to buy the parts apart...

ive never seen the actuators in real life, only in fairy tales

i΄d love a set too, but not at any cost!

PLUS ONE..........HUNDRED!!!!!

There is a part # for the special woodgrain finish that cost a small fortune. Can't he just remove it, and get the part # off it. The one he has is a plain plastic finish, that must cost much less.
