I think it is possible to fit it in a compact, but the retrofit sets are 250 Euro at the dealer and above 200 Euro on Ebay... Everyone has the light above the rearseat, but I installed a readinglight unit from the front __________________ S50B32, manual 6-speed, LSD, Z3 M rear axle, ///M sport package, 17" LTW's, Eibach Pro-Kit | | | 09-14-2007, 11:45 AM | #51 | Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2006 Location: dorchester Posts: 700 | Never seen or heard of a retro fitkit for elec rear windows..Post a pic or link if u think they exist...pretty sure they dont tho...(please prove me wrong!! ) | | | 09-14-2007, 04:20 PM | #52 | Member Join Date: Mar 2007 Location: Netherlands Posts: 93 | This is the retrofit for a coupe, i think its possible to built it in a compact, with some modifications: Retrofit E36 Coupe Its pretty expencive, maybe its better to buy the parts apart... __________________ S50B32, manual 6-speed, LSD, Z3 M rear axle, ///M sport package, 17" LTW's, Eibach Pro-Kit | | | 09-14-2007, 08:13 PM | #53 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2006 Location: Land of the Vikings Posts: 2,700 | very pricey and very rare , ive never seen the actuators in real life, only in fairy tales i΄d love a set too, but not at any cost! There is a part # for the special woodgrain finish that cost a small fortune. Can't he just remove it, and get the part # off it. The one he has is a plain plastic finish, that must cost much less.
