Default Need M3 OBD-II Engine

Can anyone point me in the direction of a good priced 1996-1998 (preferably 1996) M3 OBD-II Engine and 5-speed Transmission? I'm looking to do the 318ti-M3 Engine Swap, and I need a transplant engine and tranny.

Thank You
