The Car:
1995 BMW 318ti - 2 door hatchback, 4 cyl M42, 5 Speed, 168000 Kms (~104K Miles)
Base model: cloth interior, no sunroof, A/C, factory fogs

I purchased this car in 2005 with about 154K. Since then, I have invested about $3K in parts and labour. The car still has some minor problems (see below) but is solid, and with a bit of TLC would make a good daily driver or track car. Engine does not leak or burn oil. Clean Carfax. I have not driven this car hard and I am trying to be as up front as possible so the perspective buyer knows what he/she is getting into.

This is a great little car. It is not fast but it is a lot of fun to drive and surprisingly easy on gas. At this point, I am looking for something with 4 doors so I don't want to put any more money into it.

Repairs/Maintenance done:
- Replaced spark plugs, air filter and fuel filter
- Replaced all fluids using synthetics where possible (including transmission and differential)
- Cleaned injectors
- Replaced all 4 brake rotors and pads
- Replaced front ABS sensors
- Rebuilt shifter mechanism (no sloppy shifter)
- Replaced front lower ball joints
- Replaced rear cross member supports
- Replaced exhaust manifold
- Replaced rear muffler with Magnaflow stainless steel muffler
- Treated with Krown rustproofing in 2005 and 2006
All work was done at RPM Autotech in Beaconsfield or at Bavarian Auto Clinic in NDG. I will include all receipts.

Extras/Mods
- Body mods by previous owner include: shaved side mouldings, Sparco locking fuel cap, custom paint
- 16" Momo "Twin" wheels + tires (not installed)
- 15" BMW steelies with Arctic Alpin tires & BMW hubcaps
- B+G lowering springs (not installed - currently running on stock springs)
- Viper alarm/keyless entry system
- Blaupunkt Radio/CD player
- Some extra parts included

Problem Areas (that I am aware of):
- Engine runs a bit rough/stalls when cold
- Wipers not working
- Windshield cracked
- A/C needs recharging
- Some rust bubbles beginning to form around rear wheel arches and on hood
- Some paint missing on bumpers
- Window tint needs to be replaced
