WTB Non M Europlate Trim

Im looking for the trim piece for a non-M bumper that is meant to hold a euro plate. On real OEM I see the part in the diagram but not on the list so I cant order it from the dealer nor do I know what these sell for. If your not asking too much for it I can Paypal immediately. Ooooooo, I bet thats it considering it starts the same as the tow hook cover peice. Thanks a lot. If anyone has a used one please PM or email me though because Ill hold off on ordering it when I go to the dealer to see if I can get a better price here.
